Tracking and Reporting by Job Roles
Specific job role P&Ps can be tracked individually – by employee code or rolled up into a special custom group report – allowing compliance officers and legal council to quickly view corporate-wide compliance readiness as well as individual employee status. This information is available when needed and can be viewed and analyzed by using a specialized drill down dashboard or by printing. Exception reports are also available, offering access to a first-name/last-name roster of employees who have not completed compliance requirements.
