
Steve brings two decades of experience in the learning business to LearnSomething. Most recently, he has led the company in the development of “Prepare to Sell,” a product knowledge and solutions selling application for the retail marketplace. Steve is responsible for increasing the revenues at LearnSomething by over 100% in the past 2 years, including a fifth round of growth funding and capitalization.
Prior to joining LearnSomething, spent 3 years as a partner, managing Arthur Andersen’s world-wide, e-learning consulting practice. His earlier professional experience included launching two successful start-up companies, a successful technology incubation company which he sold to Rupert Murdoch’s Newscorp, and Comsell Training, Inc., one of the highest rated learning technology companies for customer satisfaction, which he successfully sold to another publicly traded firm.
Steve holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Florida State University.

Administration, Rick is a seasoned business professional with more than 20 years of
consulting and sales management experience. Rick's background includes extensive
experience in the Pharmaceutical and Health Care Industry, including business
development, mergers and acquisitions, technology planning, and financial business
analysis. Rick served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for
Coastal Physician Group. He has a strong and successful background in technology and
software start-ups, building sales and marketing organizations, and revitalizing
corporations through turn-around strategies.
Rick has worked in both public and private sector corporations and has successfully owned several consulting businesses and a community pharmacy business. Representing LearnSomething in our industries, Rick is an Associate Member of the National Alliance of State Pharmacy Associations (NASPA) and a member of the Food Marketing Institute (FMI) Pharmacy Conference Planning Committee, the National Council of Prescription Drug Plans (NCPDP), the American Pharmacist Association (APhA), and the National Pharmacy Technician Association (NPTA).

Dennis has over 20 years of experience developing, producing, and deploying e-learning training products for major training and development organizations, winning numerous national and international awards for best multimedia products during this time. One of his products was called the “....most inspired piece of instructional software ever produced...” by a prestigious magazine reviewer. Dennis has directed many large and small product development teams including staffs of over 140 (Florida State University, Center for Instructional Development) and 120 (Viacom/Paramount Pictures, Computer Curriculum Corporation) with annual budgets over $10 million. His teams have developed training products for such organizations as GE, Proctor & Gamble, EDS, Kmart, Texas and Michigan Pharmacy Association, Houghton Mifflin Publishers, and many others.
Dennis holds a Ph.D. in Education from Florida State University, M.Ed. in Education from Oregon State University, and a B.S. degree in Business from the University of North Dakota.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut, School of Pharmacy, Deborah Faucette is a registered pharmacist with over 20 years experience in the pharmacy industry. Starting her career at Rite Aid Corporation as a staff pharmacist, she was later promoted to various corporate management positions in pharmacy operations, human resources, and clinical services. In addition, she has lectured at various pharmacy schools across the country, and served as an adjunct professor at the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Faucette also worked for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores, where she collaborated with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), FDA Office of Women’s Health, the National Diabetes Education Program, and the Poison Prevention Council to produce patient outreach resources for pharmacy retailers. She also co-authored, “HIPAA Security Training for the Pharmacy Workforce” which was utilized by more than 70% of the pharmacy retailing industry. Prior to joining LearnSomething, Ms. Faucette served as Vice President, Industry Relations and Pharmacy Network Development for Catalina Marketing, responsible for the Walgreens account and recruiting new retailers to the network.
She currently serves on the Advisory Boards of the University of Connecticut School of Pharmacy and the publication, Pharmacy Times. In her present position, Deborah heads up the Sales and Marketing team in LearnSomething’s Retail Momentum Series, including “Prepare to Sell™” and “LearnSomethingAbout™”, our consumer education program. Ms. Faucette is the primary liaison with packaged goods manufacturers and pharmaceutical firms for the Company.
Jeff is an Isoph co-founder and heads up all business development activity for the division that is now part of LearnSomething. Before launching Isoph, he served as Senior Vice President of business development for Quisic, a leading provider of high-quality online management education. At Quisic, Jeff oversaw all of the business development activities for the company, as well as relationships with major Quisic partners, including the National Center on Education and the Economy, PBS, IBM, Pearson, the London Business School, Insead, the Tuck School at Dartmouth, the Marshall School of Business (University of Southern California), and the Kenan-Flagler Business School (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill).
Before joining Quisic, Jeff taught at UNC-Chapel Hill, where he received an undergraduate teaching award, and was a research analyst in the corporate governance division of the Investor Responsibility Research Center, a prominent think tank. He founded and has served as executive director and chairman of BoysCamp, a nonprofit corporation serving at-risk youths. Jeff is also a participant in the Certificate Program in Nonprofit Management at Duke University and a fellow of the North Carolina Institute of Political Leadership. Jeff earned a master's in comparative literature at the University of North Carolina and a bachelor's in English literature at the University of Virginia. He has served on the editorial board of Innovate, a leading resource for information about technology and education, and has spoken on various e-learning topics at several major conferences.

Mike has 10 years of experience working in management and consulting for distressed organizations, specializing in the optimization and analysis of information systems. He has performed duties as interim executive management and telecommunications analyst, and served many organizations in various capacities to support restructuring efforts.
Mike has performed audits and prepared white-paper reports on the status of information systems departments, developments, resources, and potential for several investment groups in the process of due diligence prior to investment or reinvestment.
Before working as a consultant, Mike was Vice President of one of the largest IBM business partners in the Southeast, a Florida-based consulting firm and value-added reseller. As one of the founders, he worked double duty as management and engineer throughout the early development of the company. He has strong technical skills and a solid understanding in all areas of Information Technology.

Dave’s experience includes 20+ years in designing, developing and managing IT projects. Proficient in more than 19 software languages or programs, Dave has developed programs for Microsoft Windows 2000, NT.98, 95, 3.1 DOS; and the Apple Macintosh System 7. He has experience in Computer Telephony, PBX Systems, and TCP/IP Networking (hardware and software); AIX, UNIX, S/390 UNIX Services, Apple Macintosh OS8 and beyond. He is a Certified Lotus Professional-Principal Notes Application Developer and has certifications in Project Management, Data Modeling, and Relational Data Design.

Mark is a University of Florida graduate with over 15 years experience in the development and delivery of computer-based training programs. Mark has managed production teams in developing internationally recognized CBT programs for Georgia Pacific, CSX Railroad, and Weyerhaeuser Paper Company, as well as many business skills and product knowledge programs delivered on the Internet. Prior to his employment with LearnSomething, Mark was the Director of Custom Development for Arthur Anderson's Virtual Learning Network and has extensive experience working directly with clients to design and develop training programs that solve critical business problems. Disciplined in all skills required for developing and delivering online courses, Mark brings a unique perspective to LearnSomething’s Channel Sales. Mark manages the Pharmacy Learning Network of state pharmacy associations (NCSPAE) and its partnership with Pearson Prentice Hall.

A graduate in Finance at the University of Florida, Brian has more than 12 years of consulting, sales
and training experience. He is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the corporate
sales team, managing key client relationships and strategic initiatives. He has successfully helped
over 80 drug store and supermarket chains implement an e-learning strategy. One of Brian’s key client
relationships is Wegmans Food Markets, where he consulted on the pharmacy department’s e-learning
strategy. Other clients include Ahold USA, Delhaize America, H-E-B Foods, The Kroger Company and Sears
Holding Corporation.
Prior to working at LearnSomething, Brian worked with Media1st, an e-learning company specializing in video-based learning programs. While at Media1st he was responsible for establishing an e-learning initiative within GE Power Systems, the second largest division of General Electric.

Sandy has over 25 years of experience in administrative, operational, production, and project management with public- and private-sector organizations. She has managed, designed, developed, and produced technical, training, educational, and public information materials in print, audiovisual, and interactive formats in multiple media, including Internet-based materials.
Prior to joining LearnSomething – where she serves as Coordinator of Product Development, overseeing LearnSomething’s Prepare to Sell product lines – Sandy served as the Associate Director of Florida State University’s Office for Distributed and Distance Learning, where she was responsible for operational oversight of the development and maintenance of the University’s numerous online degree-earning programs in fields ranging from undergraduate Computer Science and Information Studies to graduate programs in Education and Business.

Jason, a graduate of the Flagler College School of Business, has over 10 years of accounting experience, including 9 years at a not-for-profit association responsible for revenue generation and collection of over $300 million annually for various state institutions, where he assisted and developed programs to increase efficiencies and stimulate growth. He also experienced the intricacies of the retail sector at J.C. Penney, where he participated in product placement and merchandising, predicting fashion trends, and sales leadership.
In his current role as financial controller at LearnSomething, Jason is implementing processes and procedures to create efficiencies and clearly developed organizational objectives.
