Application Support Specialist II
Responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd tier application support to administrators and end-users of online learning sites. A qualified applicant has prior experience in a software support role; can demonstrate proficiency with HTML and Transact-SQL; and, possesses a good understanding of networking concepts. Inside Sales
Job Summary: Inside Sales Position available in the LearnSomething Tallahassee Home Office. Exclusively serving the Food, Drug & Professional Association business marketplace, LearnSomething is the oldest and largest e-learning service provider possessing the most robust reseller network in the industry, which includes all 50 US states and the United Kingdom. LearnSomething develops over 250 seat hours of online courseware annually and supports over 100 associations and nearly 80% of all chain pharmacy and retail grocery corporations in the delivery of e-learning products. LearnSomething is an ACPE accredited provider of continuing education and delivers over 350,000 training events annually. Due to our tremendous growth, we are seeking an inside sales professional to help grow our existing client base. E-Learning Writers

E-learning Writers skilled in writing instructionally sound, engaging, and innovative web-based training script/storyboards from content provided by Project Managers.

Responsibilities: Understand target audiences; write clear, precise, creative, engaging, and elegant web-based courses; effectively collaborate with Project Manager/Instructional Designers, subject matter experts, project teams, and clients; and communicate effectively with project teams to ensure goals and objectives are being met.

Preferred Qualifications: 1 – 3 years experience, Degree in English or Journalism; one to three years of WBT writing experience; excellent organizational skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage and meet deadlines; and be a team player.

Technical Program Manager
Provides leadership and direction in the strategic planning and operation of the company’s information systems. Responsible for establishing and meeting goals and objectives related to system design, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and project management. Managing team resource assignments across projects according to requirements, schedule, and budget. Problem solving of issues, including identification, resolution, documentation, and communication.

Some travel and occasional weekend and evening hours are required.

SENIOR WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPER
Plans, designs, modifies, develops and implements web-based applications requiring in-depth knowledge of operating procedures and information technology capability. Develops software requirements and specifications. Works with customers and the sales/marketing group to design and develop software for specific customer needs. Participates in the complete software development cycle from requirements analysis through deployment.
