Application Support Specialist II
Responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd tier application support to
administrators and end-users of online learning sites. A qualified applicant has prior experience in a
software support role; can demonstrate proficiency with HTML and Transact-SQL; and, possesses a good

Technical Program Manager
Provides leadership and direction in the strategic planning and operation of the company’s information systems. Responsible for establishing and meeting goals and objectives related to system design, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and project management. Managing team resource assignments across projects according to requirements, schedule, and budget. Problem solving of issues, including identification, resolution, documentation, and communication.
