Wilton R. Miller, Chairman of the Board of Directors

MillerMr. Miller is currently the senior partner in the firm of Bryant Miller & Olive P.A., which represents many city and county commissions throughout the state, as well as the State of Florida, as bond counsel. The firm has also represented most major underwriters in the nation as underwriter's counsel. The professional and political relationship between the firm and local political leaders often proves invaluable to clients of the firm on other matters of statewide interest, including matters before the Legislature and the Cabinet.

Mr. Miller has represented Florida Power & Light Company in many capacities for more than 20 years, with his primary representation currently being in the area of territorial disputes, territorial agreements, matters before the Governor and Cabinet, and all legislative matters. He is familiar with current legislative activities, with Public Service Commission regulatory activities, and with other regulatory requirements of a public utility company before agencies such as the Florida Cabinet, the Department of Environmental Protection, the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Revenue.

Mr. Miller has served as member of our Board of Directors since our founding. He provides valuable guidance in corporate and business development matters.

Charles D. Moseley, Director

MoseleyMr. Moseley is the founding General Partner of Noro-Moseley Partners, a venture capital organization based in Atlanta. Approximately $600 million of venture capital has been managed by Noro-Moseley since its inception in 1983, and its Limited Partners include U.S. and European institutional and individual investors. Noro-Moseley has invested in over 130 companies, particularly in the information and medical technology industries. Most of the companies have their headquarters in the Southern region of the U.S. Prior to forming Noro-Moseley, Mr. Moseley was Senior Vice President and a Director of the Robinson-Humphrey Company. He was responsible for that Company’s corporate investment banking business, including underwriting of securities, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Moseley has served as a Director of LearnSomething since May 2000.

Kenneth G. Fish, Director

FishMr. Fish has been an active entrepreneur in North Florida for more than 20 years. In the 1980s he started Panhandle Tire Distributors, a wholesale tire business, and City Tire and Auto Center, a retail center. Among other personal pursuits, Mr. Fish is involved with several real estate ventures and works with his wife of 15 years, Kim Fish, at Taylor's Building Supply in Eastpoint and Tallahassee, Florida.

Mr. Fish is a founding Board member for the Bank of Tallahassee, and past Chairman for the Stavros Center for Economic Education. One of his greatest passions is Florida State football. He is a Golden Chief for Florida State Seminole Boosters, making sure to attend as many games as possible to support his team.

Jack Hodge, Director

HodgeMr. Hodge currently owns JWH Strategic Investments, LLC, an investment banking firm located in Gainesville, Georgia. From 2000 to February 2002, Mr. Hodge served as a partner with Genesis Investment Partners, an Atlanta-based investment group investing in early stage companies located primarily in Atlanta, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hodge was a partner at Liberty Street Capital, an investment-banking firm providing a variety of services to emerging private companies with offices in Nashville, Los Angeles, Houston, and the Atlanta area.

Mr. Hodge has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2002.

Paul D. Eureck, Director

HodgeMr. Eureck is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in founding, leading, and funding successful technology start-ups and fast-growth companies. Since the early 1990s, Mr. Eureck has spent significant time developing distribution strategies and outsourcing businesses in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. He was formerly the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Compris Technologies, Inc., a software product company he led from a 6-person startup in 1989 to a global leader in retail enterprise systems with over 240 employees. During Mr. Eureck's tenure, the company was acquired by NCR Corporation (NYSE-NCR) in 1997.

Mr. Eureck currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Marketworks, Inc., and Compliance Control, Inc. He has made several private equity investments in technology companies in the southeast, including Hi-Tech Partners Group, a business incubator and executive consulting firm he co-founded in the dot com heyday.

He holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. For the last 6 years, Mr. Eureck has been a Partner in XpanXion, a software development company located in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Eureck has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2002.

David O’Neil, Director

OneilDavid has more than 18 years of experience in the development of category management processes and training programs for both retailers and manufacturers within the consumer products industry. He has helped his clients change organizational behaviors and processes to sustain enterprise-wide category management capabilities. He has also helped MIS departments design strategy, evaluate software, and develop their category management information systems.

Prior to founding Delta Associates, Inc., in 1995, David’s experiences were in Sales and as a Business Analyst. Since 1989, David has been directly involved with category management as a category consultant and national manager of strategic category development and space management. He also served as a member of two reengineering teams for a major consumer products company.

Kirk Mauro, MD, Director

MauroDr. Mauro, M.D., received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He completed an internal medicine internship and a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Mauro is currently a board certified Physiatrist and is Director of Medical Rehabilitation Specialists. His practice primarily focuses on neuro-muscular disorders and frequently results in testimony as a medical expert. He performs lectures and educational seminars for local law, medical and pharmacy students.

Dr. Mauro has had multiple entrepreneurial ventures. He currently serves as General Partner and Chairman of Rosewinds Investments and as Director for the Bank of Tallahassee, and has private investment experience in land development, bio-tech companies, and several dot com companies.

He is excited and enthusiastic to serve on the board of LearnSomething.com. His medical and business experience will provide a unique perspective as we expand our pharmacy/medical and retail initiatives.

Steven L. Roden, CEO, Director

Representing management for the Company, Steve has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2003.

Richard A. Fuelling, COO, Director

Representing management for the Company, Rick was elected as a member of our Board of Directors in 2005.
